Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add contents of Dressing packet to buttermilk and mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth
- In a separate bowl, mix tarragon and vinegar and allow to marinate for 5 minutes, then add to Blue Cheese Dressing. Add mustard. Mix to combine. Reserve cold.
- For 1 order: Grill chicken breast to order to an internal temperature of 180°F. Plate chicken alongside 6 spears of grilled asparagus and ½ c jasmine rice. Spoon 2 Tbsp of cold Tarragon Blue Cheese Dressing around/over the chicken.
