Sugar, Dried Egg Yolk, Cream Blend (Cream, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey), Corn Starch, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Dried Egg Whites, Carrageenan, Natural & Artificial Flavor.
Directions For Use
Heat 24 ounces of half and half to a slight boil in saucepan. Whisk in contents of pouch (150 grams) until blended and return to a slight boil while continuing to whisk. Remove from heat and pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for two hours. Ready to serve.
Crème Brulee Caramelization Instructions:
After refrigerated, sprinkle a generous amount of sugar over custard. Move around to cover evenly and tap off excess sugar. With torch, gently start to burn the sugar evenly without burning custard. Move around so that the melted sugar does not pool. You are looking for a bubbly golden brown color from the sugar. When all sugar is melted to a golden brown, let sit for two minutes so the caramelized sugar can harden. Enjoy!
