Ingredients
Blue Cheese Blend [Blue Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate), Nonfat Dry Milk, Palm Oil, Salt, Natural Flavor, Cellulose], Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice (Includes Mustard Flour), Sugar, Maltodextrin, Parmesan Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil, BHT), Monosodium Glutamate, Oat Flour, Garlic Powder, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Xanthan Gum, Onion Powder, Egg Yolk Powder, Mono & Diglycerides, Caramel Color, Lactic Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use
DIRECTIONS FOR CLASSIC CAESAR 1. Pour Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix into a 12-quart bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whisk attachment. Add 2 cups of cold water, 1 quart of white distilled vinegar and 3 cups vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. 2. While mixing again, slowly pour in ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Continue mixing at high speed for another 3 minutes. 3. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator. DIRECTIONS FOR CREAMY CAESAR 1. Pour Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix into a 12-quart bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whisk attachment. Add 1 quart of cold water and mix until combined. Let stand 2 minutes. 2. Add 2 quarts of mayonnaise and 2 quarts of sour cream. Mix until creamy. 3. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
