Make fresh oil & vinegar based Italian Dressing with a classic blend of herbs, spices and garlic. Regular or lite dressings can be easily prepared by changing the amount of oil and following the appropriate recipe on the package. Contains no added MSG.
Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Non-Separating Italian Dressing: In a large mixing bowl add Italian Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (7.6 oz) to 3 cups of vinegar and 5 cups of water. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at high speed. Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about 2 minutes, until well mixed. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator. For a lite version of Italian Dressing, add mix to 3 cups of vinegar, ½ gallon of water and 5 cups of vegetable oil.
Classic Caesar Dressing: In a large mixing bowl add Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (7.6 oz) to 1½ cups of vinegar and 4½ cups of water. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed. Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of vegetable oil and 1 cup of Dijon mustard. Mix at high speed for 2 minutes, until well mixed. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Creamy Italian Dressing: Add contents of package (7.6 oz) to 1 gallon of buttermilk and mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add 1 gallon of mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth. Stir before using.
Specialty Fruit Vinaigrette: In large mixing bowl add contents of package (7.6 oz) to 3 cups of vinegar, 2 cups of fruit (e.g., Raspberries), 3 cups of fruit juice. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed. Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Mix at high speed 2 minutes, until well blended. Chill. Stir before using.
