General Description
This popular, mild Classic Red Enchilada Sauce is made the traditional way with sweet tomatoes. Seasonings of salt, onion, garlic and paprika build flavor while authentic guajillo chiles spark heat. Foothill Farms<sup>®</sup> Classic Red Enchilada Sauce with Guajillo Chiles is the perfect authentic sauce.
Ingredients
Modified Food Starch, Tomato Powder, Spice (includes Guajillo Chile Pepper), Maltodextrin, Salt, Soybean Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, White Distilled Vinegar, Paprika, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of Enchilada Sauce Mix packet (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved. Ready to use.
For smaller batch, add 1-1/8 cups (113.4 g) sauce mix to 1 qt of hot water (180°-190°F).
