| 1 qt | Mayonnaise, Fat Free |
| 3 qt | Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free |
| 1 Pkg | Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (V402) |
| 1 qt | Water |
Instructions
- Combine mayo, yogurt and water. Whisk to combine.
- Add dressing mix packet. Whisk thoroughly to evenly distribute seasoning.
- Portion 1 oz into souffle cups and top with lid. Refrigerate until service.
- Offer 1 oz per customer.
- Hold product at 41° F or below. Hold for cold service at 41° F or lower.
