Fat Free Ranch Dressing
Hand-crafted thick, rich, creamy and fat free dressing perfect for salads, dipping sauces and sandwich spreads.
Ingredients
Recipe Yield: 1 gallon
| Amount | Item |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402) |
| 3 qts | Buttermilk |
| 1 qt | Fat Free Mayonnaise |
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add Ranch Dressing packet (3.2 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with a wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
- Add mayonnaise and continue mixing for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
