Carolina Chili
Try this great-tasting chili over hot dogs.
Ingredients
Recipe Yield: 70 - 2 oz portions

| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Chili Seasoning Mix (V417) |
| 7 lb | Ground beef |
| 2 cups | Tomato paste |
| 2 cups | Ketchup |
| 3 cups | Water |
Instructions
- In a large stockpot, brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
- Stir in Chili Seasoning. Mix until combined.
- Add ketchup, tomato paste and water. Mix well.
- Cover and bring to 145°F, stirring frequently.
