Chili

Easily make seasoned chili with a rich but mild Southwestern flavor.

1  #10 can Kidney beans, undrained
1  #10 can Diced tomatoes
1  bag Foothill Farms® Chili Seasoning Mix (#V417)
2 1/2  lb Beef Crumbles, fully-cooked
  OR
3  lb Raw ground beef, browned

Instructions

  1. In a full-size steam table pan, add beans, tomatoes and packet of Chili Seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Add beef crumbles and blend thoroughly.
  3. Cover with lid (do not use foil) and bake in 400ºF convection oven for 30-45 minutes; or until product reaches 180ºF.
