Pear Ranch Dressing
Sweet pears add a unique dimension of flavor to fresh ranch salad dressing.
Ingredients
Recipe Yield: 132 2-Tbsp servings
| Amount | Item |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402) |
| 1 qt | buttermilk |
| 1/2 gal | pureed canned pears (drained) |
| 1 qt | mayonnaise |
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add ranch salad dressing mix to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
- Add pureed pears and continue mixing at low speed an additional minute.
- Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed about two minutes until smooth.
- Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
