Spicy Great Northern Beans
Spice up Great Northern Beans with our Enchilada Sauce Mix.
Ingredients
Recipe Yield:

| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Enchilada Sauce (#V532) |
| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 2 #10 cans | Great Northern Beans, drained |
Instructions
- Pour water into mixing bowl. Pour Enchilada Sauce Mix (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
- In a full size hotel pan, add beans and sauce. Stir until well blended.
- Cover and bake in convection oven at 400°F for 20 minutes or until product reaches a temperature of 180°F.
- Option: puree or mash and serve with chips or crusty bread.
