General Description
Big, bold flavor separates ho-hum from must-have. That’s why Foothill Farms® Mandarin Orange Sauce was crafted with multiple ingredients from the whole orange for a cravable vibrant citrus burst. Soy sauce, onion and garlic add further flavor complexity, while red chili pepper sparks the heat.

Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Dehydrated Soy Sauce Blend [Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt], Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Onion, Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Natural Flavor (Contains Mandarin Orange), White Distilled Vinegar, Annatto Extract (Color), Orange Peel, Salt, Disodium Inosinate, Red Chili Pepper, Spice, Garlic Extract, Dehydrated Garlic, Yeast Extract, Safflower Oil, Celery Juice & Celery Juice Concentrate, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use
Pour 1/2 gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (16.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.
For smaller batch, add 1-2/3 cups (233.9 g) sauce mix to 1 qt of hot water (180°-190°F).
For Orange Chicken, heat 10 lb diced chicken according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from chicken after heated. Transfer chicken to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.
