General Description
Foothill Farms® Turkey Flavor Gravy Mix is flavorful with a rich, buttery color. It’s mildly seasoned with herbs and spices and has the characteristic flavors of roasted turkey that complements special dishes. Preparation is an easy two-step, stove-top method. Great over turkey, noodles, stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Chicken Fat, Coconut Oil, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Hydrolyzed Soy & Corn Protein, Modified Food Starch, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Onion Powder, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Caseinate, Yeast Extract, Disodium Inosinate, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Turmeric (Color), Chicken Stock, Chicken Meat, Natural Flavor, Paprika, Maltodextrin, Spice Extract.

Directions For Use
Pour 3 qts (96 fl oz) water into a large stock pot. Bring to a boil (212°F). In a separate container, add contents of pouch (14.1 oz) to 1 qt (32 fl oz) cool tap water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Carefully pour water/gravy mixture into boiling water and blend with wire whisk. Bring back to a boil (212°F). Reduce heat and simmer (gentle boil) for one minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
